I had amazing days staying at this hip new hotel. The venue was clean and the staff were genuinely helpful and efficient. The location in an amazing area was perfect and there were a shopping mall and main street shops nearby;)))

I had a fantastic Christmas stay! The big, comfy rooms were perfect for my family, and we loved having our own kitchen to whip up festive meals. The location is awesome-within walking distance to shops and transport, making it super convenient. Plus, I really enjoyed the allocated parking spot, which made coming and going a breeze.

There were a few hiccups. The water pressure in the shower was pretty disappointing, almost like a drizzle! I would’ve appreciated some fly screens for the windows since we had to keep them shut to avoid bugs. Lastly, the rooftop bar was closed a lot during the holiday, which was a bit of a letdown.

The staff are genuinely helpful and really helpful, managed the parking onsite. The ambiance is special. The room is reasonably priced👌

It was clean, staff was genuinely helpful and very friendly. The room was a nice size and well-appointed and there were satellite television, climate control and a microwave. The place had a special atmosphere. The hotel was modern and fabulous and the rooftop restaurant was good!

The noise from the bar was unbearable, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation. Plus, we could hear it from our apartment at night. It really overshadowed what could've been a lovely experience. They need to turn it down!

These suites are fantastic! Spacious and well-equipped, we loved the beautiful bathrooms and comfy living areas. The staff are super accommodating, making our stay feel extra special. Plus, being close to parks, shops, and a rooftop pool is a huge bonus. Definitely looking forward to returning!

The staff, especially Ashley and Kimberly, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was special. The rooftop pool offered privacy and stunning views, perfect for enjoying quality time with my daughter. With easy access to nearby attractions like the Penrith Regional Gallery, family bonding was effortless. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I stayed for a weekend getaway with a friend, and we were genuinely impressed with our choice. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and services nearby. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and immaculate, featuring modern furnishings, a lovely balcony, and an excellent kitchen setup.

the rooms are enormous, making it perfect for my family and our two little kids. we had plenty of space with two bedrooms, three toilets, and a full kitchen, which made things so convenient. the rooftop pool and bar were a lovely highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly, going out of their way to help us. the location was also central, putting us within walking distance to various dining options.
